1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of saevli.com and purchases from SAEVLI. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SAEVLI. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products. Your purchase is from SAEVLI; Shopify is not the seller of our merchandise.

2. Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. Please provide accurate contact, delivery, billing, and payment information, and keep any account credentials secure.

You may not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, or infringe another person's rights.

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe our products accurately. Colors can look different across screens, and minor manufacturing variations may occur. Product pages identify the selected variant and included contents. Styling props are not included unless expressly listed. Some merchandising images are created or enhanced digitally; refer to the written specifications and available detail photographs when choosing a product.

Bundle pages identify the exact components and options included. A bundle does not include a shared gift box or other packaging unless the product description specifically says so. Items in an order or bundle may arrive in separate parcels.

Our lip products are cosmetics for personal use. Product imagery illustrates color and finish; the appearance of a shade may vary with your natural lip color, lighting, and screen settings. We do not promise specific health outcomes.

4. Prices, payments, and promotions

The price, currency, applicable taxes, and delivery charges for your order are shown before you complete checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you submit for the total shown. Discounts apply only when their stated conditions are met and during the stated promotional period. A refund reflects the amount actually paid after discounts.

We may change prices and offers for future purchases. A later price change does not change an accepted order. If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you to offer a correction that you can accept or a cancellation with a refund of amounts already paid. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

5. Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfillment remains subject to availability, payment verification, and any necessary fraud checks. We may decline or cancel an order for a reasonable reason, such as unavailable stock, a material listing error, or suspected unauthorized payment. We will notify you using the contact details you provided and refund any payment collected for items we cancel.

To request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes may not be possible after preparation or dispatch. This does not limit cancellation rights available under applicable law.

6. Shipping and delivery

We work with fulfillment partners, and products may ship directly from those partners. Processing and delivery estimates are provided with the relevant order information and are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Separate parcels may have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Please check your delivery address before paying. If an order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by your order terms and applicable law. We remain your point of contact for the order; using a fulfillment partner does not remove our responsibilities to you. Where a delay requires your consent or gives you a right to cancel and receive a refund, we will honor those requirements.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 14-day return-request window, item condition requirements, shipping costs, and refund process. It forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Website content and customer submissions

Website text, designs, logos, and images are owned by or licensed to SAEVLI or their respective owners. You may browse and use the site for personal shopping. You may not copy or commercially exploit protected content without the appropriate permission.

If you submit a review or other content for public display, it must reflect your honest experience, be lawful, and not infringe another person's rights or expose private information. You give us permission to display that submitted content in connection with the store and the relevant products. You retain ownership of your content. We may moderate spam, unlawful content, or content that violates these terms. Customer-service messages are not public testimonials without your permission.

9. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment, platform, and other third-party services may also have their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or services.

10. Website availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the store, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free of errors. We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend website features. This does not affect our obligations for orders already accepted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the website or events beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot legally be excluded. It does not limit your right to receive the products you paid for or an applicable refund or other legal remedy.

11. Changes, governing law, and disputes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Updates apply prospectively; the version in effect when you place your order applies to that purchase unless you agree otherwise or the law requires a change.

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, except that any mandatory protections under the laws that apply to you remain in effect. Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can work toward a resolution. Nothing here prevents you from using a court, regulator, or consumer remedy available to you under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
