Where do you ship, and how can I track my order?
We ship to eligible United States addresses. Allow 1–3 business days for processing, then an estimated 7–11 business days for delivery after dispatch. Timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Tracking is provided after dispatch; multi-item orders may arrive separately. Can I return my order?
You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery. Lip products must be unused and in original condition, with included parts and packaging; return shipping is your responsibility.
