Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States that are accepted at checkout.
Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is $8 per order. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise total is $70 or more after discounts, before tax. Any applicable tax and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery
In-stock orders usually take 1–3 business days to process, plus estimated transit of 6–10 business days for the A5 Guided Self-Care Journal or 6–12 business days for the Daily Self-Care Journal when purchased individually. Other products, bundles and mixed orders have an estimated 10–20 business days in transit. Processing and transit times are separate.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, holidays, customs, carrier disruption and remote destinations can add time. Alaska, Hawaii and other remote locations may take longer. We do not offer a guaranteed express service.
Tracking and separate parcels
Our fulfillment partners ship products directly to you, and items may ship internationally. We provide tracking after dispatch. A bundle or multi-item order may arrive in separate parcels on different days; you will not be charged extra shipping because we split your order.
Address changes and delays
Check your address carefully before paying. Contact us as soon as possible to request a correction; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window or tracking shows a problem, email us with your order number so we can investigate.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging can help us resolve it. See our 14-day return and refund policy for details.
